Gold Anchor Exteriors is a veteran-owned and owner-operated exterior remodeling company serving homeowners throughout Northern Virginia.
Founded in 2024, Gold Anchor Exteriors was built around a straightforward idea: homeowners deserve a contractor who communicates clearly, provides honest recommendations, performs quality work, and follows through on commitments.
Owner Kris Wisda brings more than a decade of experience in the home-improvement industry, including sales, operations, project management, and leadership. Before founding Gold Anchor Exteriors, that experience included leadership roles within a large home-improvement organization, overseeing teams, projects, and customer relationships at scale.
That experience helped shape the way Gold Anchor Exteriors operates today: with a focus on accountability, communication, education, quality workmanship, and a more personal owner-operated customer experience.
The anchor has long represented hope, stability, strength, and steadfastness.

From Military Service to Business Ownership
Owner Kris Wisda served in the United States Navy from 2008 to 2013.
